Aero

Aero draws on the familiar word element aero-, connected with air and ultimately derived from Greek. The same element appears in English words involving flight and the atmosphere, giving the name a recognizable linguistic foundation even though its use as a personal name is modern. Its central meaning is air rather than a particular aircraft or type of travel.

That background can appeal to families with an interest in aviation, the sky, or the natural world. The four-letter form is complete without a longer formal version, while its final o makes it resemble other established short names. Arrow may sound similar in some English accents, but it is a separate word name with a different history and image.
