Aleena

Aleena is used as a spelling of Alina or Alena, names with more than one linguistic history. The doubled e helps English readers see the intended long middle vowel. Meanings such as soft or delicate are also attached to Aleena in some naming traditions, but they should not be treated as a universal translation without identifying the original language and form.

Alina and Alena are the closest comparisons, while Aleena makes its preferred vowel especially explicit in writing. If it honors a relative, that longer family history can explain the name more precisely than the spelling alone. It remains a full three-syllable name rather than requiring an additional formal version.
