Anakin

Anakin was created for the Star Wars story and is most closely associated with Anakin Skywalker, who becomes Darth Vader. Its meaning is not securely established, so a suggested real-world inspiration should not be turned into a definite ancient translation. The fictional character is the name's clearest point of reference.

The three-syllable form is recognizable even outside the films, making the association likely to follow it into everyday use. Anakin can appeal as a direct story-inspired choice, but it does not need to be presented as a traditional name from another language. A family's connection with the character or series explains more than an invented etymology would.
