Kace

Kace is a modern spelling that can be used like the one-syllable name Case or as a variation associated with Casey. Those choices affect both pronunciation and the name’s intended history. If Casey is the connection, its Irish surname background becomes relevant, but that does not establish a single meaning for every Kace.

The spelling is brief and visually close to the ordinary English word case. Parents who intend two syllables may need to explain that preference, especially to readers encountering the name without hearing it first. Comparing Kace, Case, and Casey aloud can help decide whether the short written form communicates the sound the family wants.
