Yazmin

Yazmin is a spelling in the Yasmin and Jasmine family, whose name comes from the Persian word for the jasmine flower. The floral meaning is the secure connection: fragrant jasmine blossoms provide its imagery. This form is familiar in Spanish-speaking use, where its opening Y and middle z give it a recognizable appearance of its own.

Yazmin keeps the botanical association without using the English flower word unchanged. That can make it a natural choice for a family moving between languages or honoring someone with a related spelling. Jasmine and Yasmin belong nearby on a family tree, while Yazmin preserves a particular written identity within that much-traveled flower-name tradition.
